Cybercrime Victim Support for Businesses

Cybercrime Victim Support for Businesses

For every business impacted by a data breach, there are thousands of individuals who suffer the consequences of stolen identity and confidential information. These individuals add up to 9% of the entire population of Canada and the United States. Our Cybercrime Victim Support services offer professional counselling services to businesses whose employees’ credentials have been stolen. Our team of licensed psychologists can address issues like emotional turmoil, trauma, anxiety, and all the side products of cybercrime on the individual to help them recover faster and regain their focus and productivity at work.

The aftermath of a breach

The aftermath of a breach is often underestimated by the businesses impacted. Besides the direct costs related to remediating the breach, the impact on the individuals whose identities have been stolen is the most severe.

Stopping cybercrime is not always possible. However, our services can help you better prepare and respond more efficiently to cyberattacks.

Our program adopts a standardized methodology with POC, analytics, and continuous improvement for fast, effective adoption and measurable outcomes. The best part is that you control the expenditure by allocating support hours and commitments based on your actual needs.

The benefits of our service

Our Cybercrime Victim Support for Businesses offers several benefits for restoring workforce productivity and brand reputation after a data breach. Counselling’s effectiveness has proven critical in turning an adverse event into a success.
  • Restore focus and productivity

  • Mitigate costs

It mitigates costs related to unproductive hours and leaves of absence.

  • Reduce disciplinary actions

It relieves management and HR from unneeded disciplinary actions and personnel cuts.

  • Retain trust

It mitigates costs arising from lawsuits and loss of trust from partners and suppliers affected by a data breach in your systems.

  • Improves company culture

It provides the resources to rebuild employee loyalty and adopt a better company culture that fosters positive communication, reliability, and accountability.

The service is compliant with HIPAA and has the highest privacy standards, relieving you of additional operational costs.

Estimate your needs and ROI

Use our calculator to estimate how many employees could be eligible to participate in the service, your success rate, and ROI on the initiative. This is a good starting point if you don’t know how to size the service and you have no knowledge of company breeches.

HOW TO USE THE CALCULATOR

From the side-bar:

  1. Insert the number of employees (if you have one location, provide the total number of employees, otherwise, provide the employee count for the locations you would like to include in the initiative).
  2. Provide the percentage of part-time workforce.
  3. Adjust the number of sessions per eligible user to calculate the maximum benefits you would get from the CCVS services. We recommend a minimum of 3 sessions per eligible employee.

IMPORTANT: The calculator provides an approximate estimate of your needs based on average pricing and statistics. For accurate pricing, please request a quote.

Note: If your company has been a victim of a data breach or leak, the estimated number of eligible employees will be higher. Consider adding a preliminary Data Breach Risk Assessment service to validate how many have appeared in public databases and on the dark web.
