Once you purchase the subscription to the app, you'll have instant access to the resources on our online portal. You will receive your activation SAS token with your invoice.

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use and purchase of Secure Gateways subscriptions available on our app portal through direct purchase or from the Microsoft AppStore and Microsoft Azure Marketplace. By subscribing and using Secure Gateways, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. These Terms and Conditions are in addition to Microsoft’s Terms and Conditions for using the Microsoft AppStore and the Microsoft Azure Marketplace.
Your yearly subscription fee includes the following:
Scope of Support:
Support is provided exclusively for issues related to the app or access to the portal.
Support does not cover Microsoft outages, Microsoft delays in publishing updates, Power BI platform issues, data source changes, or third-party service disruptions.
Support Availability:
Support is available via email only, through our dedicated ticketing system.
Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Canadian Eastern Time (ET).
Response Times:
We strive to respond to support inquiries within 1-2 business days.
Customers are responsible for:
Ensuring the compatibility of their browser with the app and the Negative PID online portal.
Microsoft Platform and Services:
We are not responsible for any disruptions, outages, or changes in the Microsoft Power BI platform or services.
Data Source Changes:
We are not liable for changes to data sources, including but not limited to schema changes, API updates, or data unavailability.
Customer-Managed Issues:
We are not responsible for issues arising from improper use of Secure Gateways.
We will ensure periodic updates and data refreshes for Secure Gateways as part of the subscription service.
All Secure Gateways, technical documentation, and how-to videos are proprietary and owned by Negative PID Inc.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any materials provided as part of the subscription is strictly prohibited.
Negative PID is a registered trademark. Any unauthorized use of this trademark is strictly prohibited.
Subscriptions can be cancelled through the Negative PID app portal.
Refunds are not provided for partial or unused services.
The laws of Ontario, Canada, shall govern this Agreement. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Secure Gateways is available as a yearly subscription through the Negative PID online portal.
The Enterprise pass allows you to deploy the Secure Gateways app in your Microsoft Frabric environment and share it with as many users as you have on a Power BI Pro or higher license capacity.
