Psychologist for Employee Support

We are seeking licensed psychologists proficient in English, Spanish, or Italian to provide remote counseling sessions to employees affected by identity theft or management personnel impacted by data leaks. This position involves offering psychological support, guidance, and coping strategies to individuals dealing with the emotional aftermath of privacy breaches within the corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote counseling sessions via secure channels to employees affected by identity theft or data leaks.
• Provide empathetic support, guidance, and coping mechanisms to address emotional distress resulting from privacy breaches.
• Collaborate with HR and management to identify affected individuals and schedule sessions accordingly.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in handling sensitive information.
• Document sessions accurately and securely to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Offer resources and recommendations for further assistance if needed. 

Requirements:

• Licensed psychologist with experience in counseling or therapy.
• Proficiency in English, Spanish, or Italian (multilingual capabilities are a plus).
• Ability to conduct remote sessions using secure communication tools.
• Sensitivity to the emotional impact of privacy breaches and the ability to provide effective support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adherence to ethical guidelines and strict confidentiality protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in corporate settings or providing counseling within a professional environment.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity or data privacy concepts (not mandatory but advantageous).
• Experience working remotely or in a telehealth capacity.
